SQLator - SQL Learning Workbench

SQL (Structured Query Language) is the most accepted and widely used language for accessing and manipulating relational database management systems. It is a difficult and complex language to learn.

SQLator is a web based technology to support and guide learners while they are learning different aspects of SQL. It replaces a human SQL expert with an intelligent engine that evaluates learners’ SQL queries for correctness and provides useful feedback enhancing their learning experience.

The technology has been conceived, designed and built at the Distributed Systems Technology Centre. It is based upon the research outcomes of DSTC's Praxis project .

It is primarily developed using Microsoft technologies and uses Microsoft SQL Server 2000 as its underlying database management system.
